Data Structure Source Code??

Attention:

Does anyone have the addresses of sites where source code of basic data 
structures is available for download? I need such things as AVL trees, 
BSTs, doubly linked lists, Red-Black Trees, Skip Lists, etc.  Just basic 
class declarations with a few crucial FirstThat and ForEach procedures 
for examples. Anyone? I'm sure this would be a good resource for all of 
us.

http://www.ocsystems.com/booch/ will have Ada95 ports of the Booch
structures sometime in the future. That doesn't help you if you need
them now of course :-). I think David Weller (the one that makes the
port) hopes to get something out soon (in a month or so if he hasn't
changed the schedule again). The Booch classes are supposed to be good.
