A reminder because the date is drawing near:

The following persons have sent me mail indicating an intent to attend:

If you haven't personally sent me mail stating that you will be in
attendance, please send me your name and organizational affiliation.
I need this information in order to get you past the front guard on
meeting day.

Please send your name even if you seriously intend to come, but aren't 
yet sure that you can.  You may cancel anytime, but I need to get the 
names to my supervisor in the week prior to the meeting.

I will send periodic reminders out again, as the meeting approaches.

Our next ASISWG/ASISRG meeting is scheduled from 11-12 March 1996 in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. It will be hosted by Harris Computer Systems Corporation. 

The meeting will start at 8:00 AM Monday, 11 March and finish at 5:00 PM on
Tuesday, 12 March.

   You may notify AMEX that you are attending a meeting hosted by Harris
   Computer Systems Corporation, and leave my name as a contact if they
   request.  Please request HCSC corporate or negotiated rates.

   The Sheraton Execuport is closest, offering a nice walk to the office
   and a $70.00/night rate.

   The Cypress Creek Inn requires a drive, but offers a $59.00/night rate.
   I can't vouch for the quality of the Inn.

   From Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood Int'l Airport to HCSC:

      US 1 north to I-595 west,
      I-595 west to I-95 north,
      I-95 north to West Cypress Creek Rd. (NW 62nd Street)
      Cypress Creek Rd. west to Harris (2101 West Cypress Creek Road).

   Hotels:

      Sheraton, Cypress Creek Inn, Guest Quarters, Marriott 
            Follow HCSC directions.

      Westin, Hampton Inn
            Take East Cypress Creek Rd. exit.

      Holiday Inn
            Take the Commercial Blvd west exit.


   The meeting will be in the Marketing Conference Room at HCSC.  Check at the 
   front desk for a badge.  I will arrange to be notified of your arrival, and
   escort you to the meeting room.

   Parking in front of the building for guests is limited, so please carpool
   with others at your hotel.  The Sheraton Execuport is a nice, pleasant walk
   from the office.  Other hotels are not as convenient.

   Lunch will likely be an off-campus event, but there are several good
   restaurants close by.  Kudos to the one that gets a rental van.

   I need a list of attendees by the week prior to the meeting, so that the
   guards may be aware of your attendance.  Please reply ASAP.
