While Gnoga is about GUI's and Applications for Web and Desktop, it is very capable in the area of web sites as well. (It is the Omnificient GUI after all :)
I have created a plugin for Gnoga for using Bootstrap (http://getbootstrap.com) a very popular mobile first layout system for web sites. (The plugin like everything in Gnoga will still see more development on it before 1.0, but it is capable as is :)
after checking out the latest version of gnoga can run:
make tests
bin/boot_strap_demo
