In sources from MinGW.org (i.e. not AdaCore),
$ grep -l 'As a special exception' \
lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.0/adainclude/*adb |wc -l
469
$ ls lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.0/adainclude/*adb |wc -l
469
So these files annouce to be GPLed with a special exception
(GMGPLed). No support comes with this compiler, of course.
