If "type" means the tuple ({values}, operations), then these
should be a few types where |{values}| = 1.

package One is

   type Foo is (X);
   type Bar is (Y);

   type This_Type_Has_One_Value is
      record
         Comp_1 : Foo := X;
         Comp_2 : Bar := Y;
