Here is some progress on the UnZip & Zip libraries...

* Changes in '23', 11-Jan-2008:
- Added a new tool, ReZip: recompression using several zippers
- Cleanup; buffer-reading up to an eventual end-of-file is simplified,
now in a new Zip.ReadBlock
