Dead link: GNU Visual Debugger GVD

I did not see a link to Florist or VAD
(http://www.websamba.com/GUIBUILDER). Missing the 3D engine from Gautier
(http://homepage.sunrise.ch/mysunrise/gdm/e3d.htm)... Missing also
Olivier Ramonat Gwiad dynamic plug-ins project
(http://code.google.com/p/gwiad/).

There is also some dead projects like GNAVI which should certainly be
moved into the "antiquated and historical items" at this point.

As you are listing some personal homepages you can probably link mine

like a partial POSIX binding for Win32, a style_checker, a minimal ODBC
