By "dispatching" do you mean runtime polymorphisim as opposed to
compile-time polymorphisim? In other words, you wouldn't be allowed to
call a primitive routine with a classwide type, but you'd still be
allowed to call an inherited routine (or an overrided version of one)
with a specific tagged type object (not using 'class).
