Yep,
Do the following command to know where your GNAT GPL 2008 scipt is ...
$ which gps
/opt/gnat/2008/bin/gps
Then just comment the following line on the gps file:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$root/lib/gps:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
And it should work ....
