Ok. So it sounds like you are close. Try adding a new environment 
variable (same way you did the PATH)

ADA_INCLUDE_PATH and putting in something like

C:\GNAT\GPL_2006\lib\gcc\pentium-mingw32msv\3.4.6\adainclude

and perhaps another called ADA_OBJECTS_PATH
and set it to something like
C:\GNAT\GPL_2006\lib\gcc\pentium-mingw32msv\3.4.6\adalib
