Check the PAL or a mirror, e.g. :
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/languages/ada/ajpo/docs/standard/83rat/
The only problem is that you get ASCII text without any pagination,
but an index and toc referring to page numbers. Looks like printing
at 70 lines per page could do it.
Any better information on how this stuff has to be formatted, anyone ???
