Sure, check sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/GCC or you can go to your local 
sunsite mirror should you have one nearby.

Be sure to read the release notes in that directectory for libc-4.6.27 as 
you will find that kernel 1.1.52 or better and gcc 2.6.2 or newer is 
required to use 4.6.27.  Make sure you all check the release notes for 
gcc too, because you may have to update your binutils as well.
