Hi,
We have been doing a performance analysis on some of our software using
the Sun SPARC Compiler Ada 2.1.1 "a.prof" command. A very large
percentage
of the execution time is spent in something called "mm_copy.+bcopy".
Our
guess is that this is some kind of block copy routine, but we have not
yet been
able to force its execution with a simple test program. Does anybody
have any
experience with this, or any ideas?
