Bad news my friend! LINK32 is the NT linker that comes with the
WIN32 SDK. GNU does not, at this point, supply a linker for the
NT system. So you have to buy something that contains LINK32.
Some suggestions:
Visual C++ 2.0
MSDN Level 2
