Hello netter,
I'm currently working on a project where we already use a toolbox
(written in C++) for the Graphical Interface.
Some functionalities can't be developped using the toolbox (nothing to
do with graphics) and so have to be written in a programming language.
We are currently trying to find out if we will use C++ or ADA for
these developpments.
Does anybody knows about studies made on comparison between these two
languages considering we are already using C++ for the Graphical Interface and
that we want the result to be the more portable possible.
Thanks for your help.

In answer to Olivier's question about C++ toolboxes and Ada, there is
an interface facility in GNAT that allows direct interface between Ada
and existing C++ class libraries. So if you are using GNAT, the fact that
you have existing interfaces in C++ should not stand in the way of adopting
Ada ...
