I am writing software as part of a numerical analysis
subject to solve various problems using computational
methods. My question is this: what packages do I need
to get powers (including fractional powers), trigonometric
functions, logs etc., happening. I do not think I have
any kind of numerics package, apart from float_io.
Can anybody help me out here? If so, please follow-up
or email me directly.
