Have a look at the following server in Germany.
ftp.ims.uni-stuttgart.de in /pub/unix/FreeBSD

I guess that is what you are looking for.

This looks really good, Michael. You might want to consider getting it
put in NYU's pub/gnat/contrib library. That way it will also be mirrored
to the PAL and the PAL mirrors.
