If it's for Ada 83, I'm afraid it's not on any ftp site. On the other hand, you
can get it from AFNOR at a reasonable price (i.e. not more that transfer+printing
cost).
If it's for Ada 95, translation is under way. It will be available when complete
but it's a voluntary effort, so you'll have to wait a bit.
