Designs using Rumbaugh's Object Management Technique (OMT) and Grady
Booch's method (ever expanding to include all other methods, and hence a
mother of all methods) can not be verified correct using predicate logic.

OMT and Booch are also not seamless and scalable and do not support
software contracting in case tools.

Furthermore, OMT and Booch show object communications in one-dimensional
sequencing diagrams (named trace or interaction diagrams) but can not be
extended to any greater complexity in higher-dimensions.

[See Kim Walden and Jean-Marc Nerson, Seamless object-oriented software
architecture: analysis and design of reliable systems, Prentice Hall UK,
1995, ISBN 0-13-031303-3]

Business Object Notation [BON] which suffers from none of the flawed
logic and defects of Booch and OMT above. A good place to take such a
course is TOOLS '95 in Versailles on March 6/10.

BON is currently supported by EiffelCASE from Interactive Software
Engineering, Inc [ISE], Goleta, CA, (805) 685 - 1006, info@eiffel.com.
