Please change gnatstub so that it would put
begin
raise Program_Error; -- FIXME: implement
end;
instead of
begin
null;
end;
for bodies of procedures. Placing that is now is obviously unreliable.
At very least gnatstub should put the comment indicating that it is
only a stub.
