The main PAL host, wuarchive.wustl.edu, will be down from 18-20 Nov
for an upgrade to the OS, which includes a new, higher-performance
file system. This will not affect the PAL mirror sites at ftp.cdrom.com
and ftp.cnam.fr or the email server at wunet.wustl.edu.
