Hello,
Where can I find information about GNARL/GNULL in order to port GNAT on
a the L4 kernel. I began to look in the library documentation and on the
adacore tech
site, but I found nothing.
Can someone help me ?

The usual answer to this sort of question is "read the source code".
ACT tends to document this stuff in comments in the source. Give it a try.
