Hi,

The freeware compiler I know about is GNAT (GNU-NYU Ada Translator). If you
go to http://www.gnat.com there is a link to the actual files.

Yep, a free GNAT Ada 95 is available at Brighton Uni, UK

The ftp address is ftp://snowwhite.it.brighton.ac.uk/gnat/

There are others, see the Home of the Brave Ada programmers pages

http://www.adahome.com/

Hope this helps.

Hello

I'm thinking about developing one app for Linux in ADA95. I'm just
wondering if there are libraries in ADA95 for PostgreSQL and LDAP.

Here is what is relevant to your question:
gnade(Ada SQL precompiler that generates odbc source code in ada95)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
It comes with the ada odbc bindings.
http://gnade.sourceforge.net/
I am pretty sure you can do odbc to postgres.

Here is some irrelevant stuff that might interest you:

Oracle Pro-Ada

Here is what happens without ada :)

aws(ada web server)

Adasockets

Cryptostuff

mplementation of some of the most important
cryptographic hash (message digest) algorithms (MD2, MD4, MD5, SHA-1,
RIPEMD-128, RIPEMD-160, TIGER, and HAVAL) and the test vectors for
these algorithms.

There are also a thin native Postgres binding in gnade.
And there is another one, at adapower.com The last one have however
some homemade "maybe-semi-free" licens, as far as i remember.
