The 2002 May 01 release of the PragmARCs is now available at

http://home.earthlink.net/~jrcarter010/pragmarc.htm

The main new features include bounded lists and Assign procedures as
part of all unprotected data structures.

The mirror at www.adapower.com will be updated soon, I hope.

It doesn't work:

"Not Found
The requested URL /pragmarc was not found on this server."

This appears to be a typo on Botton's part. You can get there from the
main page, and discover that the correct URL is

http://www.adapower.com/pragmada/
