* Looking for GLAD

I'm trying to download GLAD, an Ada package for graph layout. It's part
of the Arcadia project.

The main webpage for GLAD seems to be
   http://www1.ics.uci.edu/~arcadia/system_pages/glad.html
where it announces:

>

>         Public domain. ftp://liege.ics.uci.edu/pub/arcadia/glad 

But the given URL doesn't allow anonymous ftp.

Please, does anybody know if GLAD can be found elsewhere?
