You can buy it from the ISO:

For free info (of which the the ASIS Reference Manual is not), go to the
ASIS working group site: http://www.acm.org/sigada/WG/asiswg.

Also, acquire an ASIS implementation, such as ASIS-for-GNAT, and study
the package specifications.
