GNAT for OpenVMS Alpha still exists. See
http://www.openvms.compaq.com/commercial/ada/gnat_hp.html and/or
http://www.gnat.com/ for more information.
Compaq Ada only has limited extensions for Ada 95. I don't expect this to
change to help you any...
