You are correct about the Windows/PC/C situation. While you *can* develop apps in Ada for this platform,
you are swimming against the tide in many respects. The OS interface is C, there are tons of C/C++ oriented
development tools, etc. From a market standpoint, you can't afford to ignore the Windows environment. If
you're going to develop there, you'll have to know C (to some extent) just to use the OS. If you want to
get to market ahead of your competition, you will need all the leverage you can get - which is generally
C/C++ tools. Its hard to fight against that.
