        * * * QWE2000 Keynote Speakers Address Internet Futures * * *

We've added two new Keynote Speakers who will provide a distinctly European
view of the QWE2000 Conference Theme "Initiatives for the Future":

  > Minister Rik Daems, Telecommunications Ministry for Belgium, will present
    "Belgium's Five-Star Plan to Develop the Information Society".

  > Dr. Philippe Aigrain, Head of the Software Technologies Sector of the
    European Commission, will describe "A Wider Look at Software Quality".

The QWE2000 program includes 11 half-day and full-day tutorials, 60 regular
presentations in five tracks, a 2-day exhibit with 14+ companies represented.
In addition, you can take a 2-day seminar and stand for the ISEB exam and
receive your Software Testing Certificate.
