Yes, I agree. They are just the types who are needed in an organization
where the software process is ad hoc, chaotic, and success depends on
individual effort and heroics.  I.E. its a usual LMSSO project.  I tried
to write a SDP for them with Coding Standards.  They would not have any
such thing.  Pier Reviews? Don't need them. 

I'm working on Ada95 elsewhere at LMSSO now.
