Sounds vaguely like work done by the Ada Standard Component Library
Working Group back a year or so ago. You might want to look into what
was done there to see if there is anything useful to be gleaned.

This is partialy true. I know the results of the working group but
the intention is some what different.
My intention is to provide  first some frame work for a libray
not the library it self.
The  contents of the library shall arise as a second step.

Any comments ans sugestions for the base line
document?
