GtkAda (http://gtkada.eu.org/) has some rudimentary XML tools built in.
Version 1.2.7 parsed but did not do much by way of validation.  However, I
understand that XML support has been upgraded somewhat for version 1.2.8.
If your needs are modest, perhaps GtkAda will suffice.
