The Version 1.5 of my Ada based SOAP implementation is
available under:
http://www.snafu.de/~boavista/soap.html
A lot of bugs have been removed and a method dispatcher has
been added. Any how the following restrictions still apply:
1. HTTP issues are not part of this implementation.
2. Section 8 is supported, except for links but the API is still clumsy
3. Documentation is not exisiting.
