Nature of Assignment:
Software and Electronics Test needs experienced Senior Test Engineers
who can utilize a segment test environment consisting of electronics,
workstations, hardware emulations and software test tools to create Test
Plans and develop Test Procedures, to be used for testing Ada software
being developed using Object Oriented Technology. The test engineer will
coordinate with integration engineers and development teams both
internal and subcontracted. Experience using hardware
simulation/stimulation to test embedded weapons systems software is
desired. The candidate must have a Computer Science or engineering
degree. Experience in creation of automated test scripts is helpful.
Experience in using Rational Rose and Apex to create test cases from
scenarios is desired. Understanding Field Artillery operational tactics
is also a plus.
