Dear Information Systems Professionals,
My name is Brian Balcom and I am a student at Penn State
Harrisburg. I am working on my Thesis for my Masters degree in
Information systems. As part of the requirements I am conducting a
study which examines the perceptions OO developers have regarding
organizational, project management, and project environment factors,
and their effects on being able to achieve reuse. If you are
