ummm....
The reason that I used the break/continue pairing is that they exist as a
pair in C.  Of course "exit label" has the same meaning (and the meaning
of the word exit more nearly approaches the meaning of the use as a
programming construct).  I'm not particularly fond of the word "continue"
rather than "recycle" or "next" either, which both seem to carry a better
semantic mapping to the intended use, but in the language that I was
drawing from the pairing is break/continue.
