Not really, from what you say below. Over four million generations is
coming close to looping a 32-bit
seed. Technically, the gnat generator becomes non-cryptographically secure
when you use more than p or q values,
but that is probably only of theoretical interest. When you start exceeding N
(= p*q) values, then start worrying, but that is on the order of 2**49...
