It would seem to me that it might be beneficial for Ada if a vendor is
*not* focused solely on just the one language. If, for example, someone
were to purchase a C++ compiler that also came with an Ada front end,
then there may be some temptation for the end users to want to tinker
with Ada or perhaps take advantage of some of the software available in
Ada. Granted, the companies that do this generally sell the front ends
as separate options, but at least it is in their advertising literature
and the exposure is thus broadened. Consider the advantage GNAT has in
that it effectively provides the end user with a C compiler as well as
an Ada compiler. Lots of Ada projects still have a need to utilize
*some* amount of C (or other language) code.
