I'm afraid that GreenHills support on this (non-feature) falls into
the 'not-so-good' category, we contacted them for that reason and they
have no intention of including 3-bit array support.
As our code is extensive and spread over 60+ affected modules we will
not be restructuring it!
Thank you for the reply and recommendation of GNAT - I will follow
that up.
