Does anybody know if the gnat compiler will run sucessfully on 
redhat 6.0.

Ok using Redhat 5.2, but problems when using gnat-310p-3.i386.rpm
program compiles but will not run

Yes it does. Be sure to get the RPM from
http://www.gnuada.org/alt.html

get gnat-3.11p (for now, gnat 3.12p is around the corner)
