Or you could look at it as being sent out as a missionary among the heathens. Sure,
there are "official" jobs which are going to be mandated from on high to be in
language XYZ (for a variety of good and bad reasons) but there are always sideline
projects in which you can pretty much do what you like. Getting Ada into the
sideline projects provides a means of getting it into the corporate culture - sort
of victory by infiltration. I'm looking at the probability that I will be moving to
a job that will be done in something non-Ada, but I believe I will still find
opportunities to employ it.

I think the song was "One More Minute" and there was a lyric about paper cuts and
lemon juice, as I recall. And something like: "I'd rather clean all the urinals in
Grand Central Station with my tongue, than spend one more minute with you."
