1.  Develop realtime embedded software using C & Unix.
2.  Software requirements analysis with C, C++ (Borland
     or MS compilers) Formal s/w development process,
     SEICMM, 2167A, IEEE - Strong Windows background
3.  Design & development support for embedded on board
     computer application. (Embedded C, DOS, Windows)
4. Develop S/W Config Management Plan and implement
     in Service Tools - Must have PVCS Tracker, Version
     Manager, Borland 4.0 and MS compiler 3.x. 2167A or
     related S/w dev & documentation.
5. Programming in C/C++ on PC platform. Exp with MS
     Visual C++ and MFC, along with Windows. Good doc skills.
6. Develop and verify realtime embedded software. UNIX,
     embedded (Motorol prefd), C, Pascal, or Modula reqd.
7. Design experience using C/C++ in PC envt, Java would be     a plus
8. S/W requirements, analysis, design & test. C/Unix
     with strong development experience. Mil-Std-2167A
     or 498 SW engrg process, Enterprise Manager or Sun
     Net Manager exp a plus. - MS Office/Windows, SW CM
     and problem tracking (clearcase)
9. Embedded microprocessor development using Ada, C and
     assembly. Must have functional understanding of radio
     communications. Experience with BIT functions
10 Exp with C, C++ and Ada with Communications Software
     Engineering Process standards. Familiar with TCP/IP.
11 Systems Software - Develop new business for communications
     and lead Integrated Product Team.
