Is there a newsgroup specifically for Win32 Ada programmers?

No, but both GNAT and ObjectAda have mailing lists. Almost all
topics raised on either are quite specific to the respective
compiler, and more general questions are shunted back here.

See the sites www.gnat.com and www.aonix.com for details on how
to sign up (or wait here for their representatives to volunteer
the information from memory).

As does CLAW (Class Library for Ada on Windows). See
www.rrsoftware.com for info.

No, but there are many developers here who write Win32 Ada programs
here. Also, there are man Win32 related examples on the Ada Source Code
