The critical point is that it absolutely never pays to be rude to those
who have not been rude to you. Some poor soul posts an innocent enough
question to this newsgroup and gets flogged with "RTFM!" or "Why didn't
you tell us it was Ada83, you moron!" and he's really going to want to
come back here and as another question, right? ;-)
There are more than enough people out there who are ignorant of The
Great Ada83/Ada95 Debate. Ignorance is not a crime. Ignorance is not
stupidity. Ignorance is not shameful. Ignorance is just ignorance and we
should *politely* try to enlighten those who suffer from the condition.
