As partial fulfillment for the requirements of the Masters of Science in
Information Systems degree from Pennsylvania State University, I am
conducting a research project on 'Socio-Economic and Technical Factors
Affecting Software Reuse.'  This research project has been designed to
study the factors, which can promote or inhibit software reuse within an
organization.
 
Your point-of-view as an information systems professional, will help in
furthering the knowledge about software reuse efforts in information
systems development.  Please fill out the on-line questionnaire at

programmers, systems analysts, IS managers and software engineers you
may know to this survey web page.  Please note that you may choose to
