Ada is optimal for non-hello world programs, as this one is. Nothing can beat the Common Lisp program: 'hello-world! , which is a valid program executable in the REPL. The fact that Ada spells things out that other languages fail to do, is an advantage in real, long-lived applications.
But you obviously like C++ better, so that's fine.
