My question is not specifically related toAda.
I am a student investigating the uses of inheritance in practical
software development.
Can people on this discussion group suggest case studies which report
practical experience?

A student at Leuven University did a very thorough report on the
use of the Coad/Yourdon OOA/OOD method in combination with C++
in a telecommunications company about two years ago.
Maybe you can trace it.
