Ada seems to be used in a lot of embeded systems... I heard
about 68000 and others motherboards but which OS is used ?

VxWorks from Wind River Systems seems to be a good choice. It's on the
expensive side but provides a lot of features and seems to be pretty
bullet proof. It supports a number of processor/board environments. It
has been to Mars...
