Oui.

There is a free, high quality Ada compiler available, called GNAT. You can
download it from here:

<ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/>

Visit the Ada home page for more information.

There are several Ada 83 or Ada 95 compilers for Windows 3.1, 95, and
NT. Look at www.adahome.com (though some of that information looks
old). Follow the links to vendor's web sites.
If you want to make programs that use Windows (not just console mode
text programs) you'll also want a binding. There's a thin one from
Intermetrics used by ObjectAda and Gnat and a thick one (that I've
helped build) called CLAW at www.rrsoftware.com

There is also a free, high quality Ada compiler available,
called ObjectAda for Windows. In addition to a compiler,
it includes a full-featured integrated development
environment. You can download it from here:

http://www.aonix.com

It includes a large number of sample programs that will
help you to get going on Ada and Windows programming.

Even better would be to buy one of the two excellent
Addison-Wesley Ada 95 textbooks, one by Mike Feldman
and the other by Simon Johnston, which include the
ObjectAda CD at no extra cost. As a beginner, this
would be an outstanding way to learn at a pittance of
a cost, and frankly is a better way to spend your
time than downloading a lot of files.
