Senior Positions: The person should have 9 years or more software
development experience
(preferrably embedded, real-time systems) including 5 years of
application modelling in one of the
popular methodologies. The person should be familiar with working in a

environment performing requirements capture, requirements modelling,

design, implementation, unit and systems testing. Modelling experience
using Shlaer-Mellor or
